This training is required to be viewed annually by all hiring managers. This in-depth training video includes the following four modules:

- Behavioral-Based Interview Questions.
- After the Interview - what's required and how to conduct solid reference checks.

20 minutes, Hiring Process - A Primer for Hiring Managers and Search Committee Chairs.
This training is required to be viewed by all hiring managers when opening a new recruitment. This video is an overview and refresher and covers the following topics:

- Behavioral-Based Interview Questions refresher.
- After the Interview overview.

24 minutes, Interviewing Job Applicants - A Primer for Search Committees.
This training is required to be viewed prior to serving as a search committee member for a recruitment. This video covers the following topics:
- Key components of an interview.
- Interviewing Do's and Don'ts.
- Behavioral-Based interview questions.
